Hey there! I'm Cecil, 29, and a proud fur parent of four cute fur babies. I finished my degree of Bachelor of Arts in the English Language at the University of Southeastern Philippines. I started working as a Customer Support Associate in Business Process Outsourcing (Call Center) industry in 2015. I have two years of experience as a Team Lead and another two years as an Operations Manager in a US-based food delivery service campaign. Within my years of service as a team lead and operations manager, my team has been consistently topping our entire site's performance.

When I got retrenched from my corporate job of nearly 5 years due to a pandemic crisis, I decided to venture into the freelancing world. To further hone my skills from the corporate world and learn new ones to apply them to my virtual assistance journey, I took up General Virtual Assistance Course from FVA Business Consultancy
